Depending on your arrival time, enjoy free time exploring Arusha or relaxing at your accommodation.

Short Brief about Arusha

Arusha is a city in northern Tanzania and serves as the gateway to many of the country’s national parks and wildlife reserves. The city is surrounded by natural beauty, including Mount Meru and Arusha National Park. It offers a vibrant mix of local markets, coffee houses, restaurants, and cultural sights.

Day 2: Full Game Drive in Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park. Known for its elephant herds, baobab trees, and diverse birdlife, you’ll enjoy a full-day game drive exploring its varied terrain and wildlife. After the game drive, transfer to your accommodation in or near the park.

Short Brief about Tarangire

Tarangire National Park is located in northern Tanzania and named after the river that flows through it. With over 2,850 km² of protected area, it hosts a vast array of wildlife and is especially scenic during the dry season when animals congregate at the river.

Days 3–5: Full Game Drives in Serengeti National Park

Depart Tarangire and travel toward Serengeti National Park. Enjoy a game drive on arrival, then settle into your accommodation. Over the next two days, enjoy immersive safari adventures across different regions of the park, observing predators, herbivores, and, depending on the season, the Great Migration.

Short Brief about Serengeti

Serengeti National Park is one of the most iconic wildlife reserves in Africa, famous for its vast plains, diverse wildlife, and the annual Great Migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and zebras. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a haven for nature lovers.

Day 6: Transfer Game Drive to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, continue with a scenic game drive out of Serengeti and toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy stunning views along the way and stop for lunch before arriving at your lodge near the crater rim. Relax and enjoy the peaceful setting before tomorrow’s descent into the crater.

Day 7: Half-Day Game Drive in Lake Manyara & Flight to Zanzibar

After breakfast, begin a half-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Famous for its tree-climbing lions and birdlife, the park offers a great final mainland safari. After the drive, transfer to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.
